day 3 and no carbs , not started the DNP yet just getting used to running on hardly any carbs and i feel pretty tired. added in some pinaple rings today .. i might start with 250 every other day with 50 of T3 , then after 8 days run 250 a day and 75 t3 for 5 days then up to 100 for the rest of the time.

only 4 weeks on DNP mate .. to be honest i will be surprised if i can go that long ..

last week i just ran 100 mg's of anavar and under 40 gms of carbs a day to get used to running the dnp on a low level of carbs. I have felt pretty tired , not 100% if this is the way I am going to go .. i might have carbs up until mid day then just proteins after.
I have felt tired and lethargic , pretty much keto genic. I have been advised to run it for 12 days , it will take 3-4 days to get in to my system. not sure if to start it this week or next as I am supposed to go out for a meal this week , probably not the best idea

i have been running the thermo lipid with MST , Nolvadex and 250 ml of sus, my diet is pretty good. i have started to look far more vascular , i dont weigh myself so i am not to sure on the weight loss, i just go on how i look visually.

I have kept the dnp out of it for a minute , that is a last resort , might run it for 8 days leading up to my holiday

This is pretty hard stuff. Been reading up on it and it's not advised to try if you are unsure of what to do and what not to do. It is risky but some say the best product out there for weight loss. I guess if you can stick to it and do it right then you should be able to lose 5-7lbs a week. Not advised to use over a long period though.

I know Bateman knows his stuff so not saying he doesn't know what to do just incase anyone else see's this and things about trying it
If you didn't see it with your own eyes, or hear it with your own ears, don't invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth!
