Freestyle Wrestling Classes being held in Chelmsford, Essex at Unique Results studio coached by Nick Albert (Team Quest).
Nick Albert is an American Wrestler who has over 20 years of wrestling experience and has trained with some of the best wrestlers in the world at Team Quest in the U.S. such as Mohamed Lawal, Chael Sonnen, Dan Henderson to name a few. Nick is an excellent coach and has a fantastic way of breaking the technical details of wrestling down so that they are easily understood.
This is a very rare opportunity in the UK to learn some Freestyle Wrestling from an experienced American wrestler to help improve your wrestling for Wrestling's sake, Ju Jitsu, MMA and even Rugby.
The first class begins on 1st February 2013 so hope to see you all there! Everyone is welcome, just show up!
Prices:
- £10 per class (Pay As You Go)
- £40 per month including MMA with Jack Mason every Wednesday 7.30pm til 9pm at Unique Results.
Class Times:
- 7pm til 8.30pm (EVERY OTHER FRIDAY, 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday of each month).
- First class starts 1st February 2013, second class 15th February 2013 and so on...
