There's an article on tatame by the Brazilian Athletic Commission saying they've not released the results yet.
Vitor was in the TRT program legitimately according to Mike Dolce who has a massive rant about it on his podcast, he mentions nothing of a failed drugs test, always mentions Vitor about his results and weight cut but says Vitors Levels were low so it's ok as he's just leveling the field and it's all above board!!!
