    stuff you have seen e.g combos, takedowns, sweeps, subs, clinch work you have seen that you have incorporated into you fights i've seen a few things recently


    Cormier last strikeforce event—takedowns vs Barnett
    Joe lauzon jim miller—krav mega elbows
    Shogun gustaffson- takedowns and leg lock attempts frm shogun
    Vitor Belfort vs bisping—kick
    Damien maia vs rick story—the maia choke
    Jimi manuwa Cyril diabate- hold knee throw
    Jon jones ultimate fighter episode elbows ground and pound
    Machida vs texeria sparring - sweeps on youtube
    anthony pettis- knee off cage
    alan belcher- punch off cage

    Got to go with Bob Sapp vs. Big Nog.
    Sapp sprawls a Nog takedown & then hits an awesome looking powerbomb that would have made Sid Vicious proud. At the time I thought he'd killed him the way Nog head & neck hits the mat.

    Some King of the cage event in the open air that had fighters sloping about in puddles of rain water.

    I saw that ages ago, never seen anything quite like it, was mental haha... Was like watching drunks fight as they just couldnt plant their feet without slipping...
