Anthony McSally DEF Chris Price at 5 seconds of round 1 via injury... What happened?...

Price threw a kick - it was checked and his shin snapped (tib & fib).
Very similar to the Ross Pettifer video from a few years back.
The medics did a great job and made Chris as comfortable as possible in the circumstances.
Hope Chris has a successful and speedy recovery.
Also, everyone in the crowd was very respectful towards Chris and showed their appreciation.

It was a very nasty break, proper Corey Hill-esque - I hope the lad recovers as quickly as possible. Was only a young fella, and his opponent was in a bad way too. Price was actually in pretty good spirits after the initial shock, laughing about how long it would take him to return so hopefully he's already on the road to recovery.

Chris Price was in good spirts afterwards considering how bad the break looked. It was a clean break and the doctors expect it to heal well in time. Chris himself was just bothered that he wouldn't be able to train for a while. He's a really talented young lad and he's at the gym more than anyone at the club.

Another great show with some very hard fought competitve fights. Definatly noticable how few leg kicks were thrown after the incident though.

Sorry to hear about the injury to the lad, sounds as bad as can be, pretty much. We were on hand to get every detail with a full review http://love2fightuk.com/2013/02/24/r...tion-4-review/
