Default Looks like Wand has got his moody stare back

bah says the pic is too big to post. anyway here's the link:

since Wand turned up at the UFC his staredowns have been lacking. he has come across like a kindly uncle who has popped round to do some gardening in comparison to his fearsome former self.

I hope he can reclaim that nastiness back in Japan. hopefully he'll have some evil-muscle-memory or whatever.

Stann must be a huge favourite. I really hope Wand is OK, but better still if he could win and then retire, that would be the best thing ever.

I don't think he's looked scary since he had his surgery... the removal of his scar tissue took the fire from Wandy

    Delilah surgeon!

    Wand confidence:

Wanderlei Silva (48-12) has accumulated 24 knockouts in his legendary mixed martial arts career and predicts that number 25 will come this weekend against Brian Stann in the main event of UFC on Fuel TV 8.

“I’m ready for the fight. I’ve trained well to finish the job, and I promise to knock him out in the third round,” said Silva during the event’s pre-fight press conference.

    Haha kindly uncle wandy!

To me he is still the scary looking muddy funster in the business, no doubt. Can't see Stann windeing anyone up either, too much of a decent bloke. This fight will only end 1 way imo, Silva will get KO'd whilst throwing caution to the wind and trying to knock Stann out of the arena. Guys like leben and wand are perfect for stann, he takes a good shot, has a fairly tight defence and nice powerful combinations, these guys are way too open to have success against him. I like both fighters though obviously would love to see wand win but it won't happen. Really want to see Stann vs Lombard after this fight but think Lombard gets beat by Okami?

He's looked like Tim Roth's character in Planet of the Apes since then.
