It's a tough fight for Hathaway but also an equally tough fight for Silva. IMHO Hathaway is possibly the most underated fighter in the welterweight division.

He's 7-1 in the UFC but is rarely ever talked about/hyped up.

I think this is a classic clash of styles and a very interesting fight.

John is a very good fighter and has flown under the radar a bit but I see him getting beat here. Silva is a pure finisher, on the feet or the ground and imo will be fighting for the title befoe too long. If it goes the distance I think John could snatch a close decision but I would put money on Silva winning this fight. However, I've never seen Hathaway really hurt in any fight so far, much of the result could depend on how durable he is as Silva will hurt him at some point.
