    Default Fallon Fox - Opinions?

    http://www.mmajunkie.com/news/2013/0...ith-complicate

Fallon Fox(Previously Boyd Burton) is a transgender fighter, competing in the womens 145lb div, where she(??) is undefeated at 2-0 with two first round stoppages.

Now, i am all for people living their lives however they want to live them, and being afforded equal rights while doing so, but this doesnt sit well with me. Fair enough (s)he has had the snip and been on hormone replacement for ten years, but surely this is a person with a male build and bone structure, getting in to fight women who dont. It seems unfair imo.

On the upside, I think Fallon v Cyborg sounds fun.

    Opinions?

Very tricky one, she deserves the right to be treated equally in fairness but....you can't ignore the fact she was born male regardless of the fact she thinks she got fucked over by nature. I can't say though I understand the process enough to say that she still carries male traits and therefore has an advantage, I mean, I've seen cats have their balls cut off and then they just lie around all day waiting to die, maybe its more like that? If so, more power to her, if someone cut my balls off I wouldnt want to fight in a cage, I'd want to lie around waiting to die.

How do you even measure what advantage she may have, I couldn't see this happening the other way around to be fair.

Maybe there should be a T(ransgender)UFC org?

    lol well played.

Do any of the big Asian shows have womens divisions? Japan is the place to make this happen. They'd go crazy for some transgender action.

This would do 1,000,000 PPV buys in Thailand no danger.

No more brave than any Trans/gay person that comes out imo and in the context of MMA competition she is quite cowardly as far as I am concerned.

Agree with the trans/gay bit but your out of line for calling her a coward she is anything but a coward for doing it as no matter how well she does she will always have critics for her past.
