Sengoku, go watch Condit again, Condits whipped Diaz's arse, head kicks, spinning elbows and all sorts of shit - now if thats running away from a fighter................Just because he didnt stand and bang with the knob that is Diaz who cries every time someone doesnt play his game, boo hoo, he lost, get over it Diaz lad... Diaz doesnt deserve a shot - suspended and a loss, but hey ho its hype and GSP will flatten him and end the Diaz hype train again. I mean even If Diaz does wind up on the bottom all it takes is one elbow from the bottom and the fight can be turned on its head very quickly. Did you see how much Condit threw at him from the bottom, Diaz does not have as capable a technique I would say to mount an offense from bottom, dude gets put on his back - he loses.
Diaz is a good fighter but fuck me, the hype runs wild for someone who got dunked from the UFC then had fights of an easier calibre in SF... Honestly, Condit was a harder challenge that Diaz for GSP, why do you think GSP wanted to fight Diaz - because he knows he wll steamroll and grapple fuck him. Its not because of just the $$ - if he thought Diaz could beat him, he wouldnt have took the fight - same reason he doesnt want to fight Silva, because even though he will make $$ he may well lose, with Diaz, its an easy night for him I reckon.

I like Diaz, I just dont see anywhere he can beat GSP, he doesnt hit hard enough ijn a one shot kill kinda way and GSP is never going to let him build up steam and jab him to death.

It just made me lol that you used an example of someone being on their back and changing the fight with an elbow. Not saying it could never happen but just found the example used a strange one. No doubt GSP wont just be sitting in Nick's guard, he will be moving looking for position and reigning his own blows down. Nick will have more than enough on his plate defending let alone trying to be using offensive striking, plus he's not going to get much leverage into his elbows when being pinned to his back and cant see him controlling GSP's head with 1 hand?
