Default 4 UK MMA (related) fights to watch this weekend

Some cool fights here on UK soil, and abroad featuring some of our Brits!

    Pietro Menga vs. Mark Platts
    FCC 5, Reebok Stadium, Bolton

The biggest all domestic fight of the weekend takes place on Saturday night in Bolton, as February's #4 and #8 ranked flyweight fighters duel in the main event of FCC 5.

Menga comes in with a perfect 8-0 record, and whilst Platts' 10-8 is not as immediately awe-inspiring, he has faced the tougher competition as it stands.

However, Menga will see this fight as a way to crack into the top five in impressive fashion, having dispatched everybody in his way so far.

Both fighters are well rounded, with striking and submissions in their arsenal. It should prove to be a high-paced encounter, with the local Menga having the lion's share of the support in the North West.
Also action at CSFC, KSW and of course the UFC.

nice, local knowledge in there, always good.

hope that Oli totally manhandles that geezer and batters his way to a finish.

    Gooda-go Freakshow.

Interested to see how James Hurrell goes at LHW for the first time too.
