Weight cutting tips
What are the best tips and advice to cut weight for a fight?
Is it all about the diet, the draining on last week or gradually dropping weight through camp?
What type of things should I or should I not be eating to cut weight.
Any advice would be great.
Cutting weight is the temporary loss via carb and water depletion. Losing weight is permanent loss through dieting. Do more of the latter so you have to do less of the former.
Lean meats, lots of vegetables and lots of water.
