A standout performance from Danny Roberts sealed his place as one of the country's top welterweight prospects at Cage Warriors 54, and he tells Harry Williams about the performance, his preparation, and the emotional walkout.

"With my friend's little brother passing away and me walking out to his song as a tribute, I got really caught up in the moment when making my way to the cage. I had all his family and relatives watching and supporting me. I was nearly in tears at one point on the ramp!

"Not just that, my granddad was diagnosed with cancer last year. He actually wasn't supposed to be at this fight and he's managed to fight through and overcome cancer. Having him there to show support and watch the fight meant so much to me. He's always followed my career, even when I was boxing at sixteen."
That's pretty heavy. A great performance made it a perfect, if emotional, night for Hot Chocolate!
