Leben is finished a prime Lebon would finish Tom and even if Watson beats him whats that gonna prove? If heas not gonna be top 10 whats the point in keeping him when they have Bisping with the fan base he has in that division be way easier to give a young prospect his place.

Now here is a well thought out post. Tool. You slate him for getting hit by a BJJ guy then slag his ground game in which the same BJJ guy couldn't finish him. Make your mind up which side of the fence you are on.

Tom took a very high level opponent 3 rounds. Granted he lost but his show of guts and determination was second to none.

Good call with Leben and Watson, why does having anything to prove even matter? a good fight is a good fight regardless of if it makes sense for a fighter or not!

I don't beleive this fight was cause for him to shut his mouth.
I think given that his opponent is a very high level experienced fighter, it actually gave Tom more to shout about.
He might not beat everybody but he can challenge most people to a bloodbath. If UFC want entertainment, they have it in Tom. He goes to fight, which in a sense is very much like Wanderlei. UNfortunately, Tom doesn't have something like Pride to build such a fanbase. He either fights here or fights in UFC.
People are quick to forget that our favourite legends were mostly calling our and smack talking their superiors during their prime.

I'm a big fan of watching Tom.
Sengoku - you don't have a UFC career to worry about so you don't have to consider how you will market yourself.

Tom watson is the one talking the most shit how he's the most exciting fighter ever and calling out wanderlei silva saying he'll knock him out...even shit talking bisping.

Thales Leites nearly finished him with the choke. He got completly dominated.

Tell Watson to stfu...come back when he's done something to grant talking smack

I agree about calling out Bisping, what would Bisping get out of that fight? absolutely nothing and it would be one that Watson would certainly lose.

I think that he should get a couple of brawlers next, he should get Leben and if he came through that then why not a fight with Wanderlai? He wants to make a name for himself so what better to do it against one of the legends of MMA.

Not sure what nearly finishing him with a choke has got to do anything?. He didn't finish him though so he can take that positive from the fight. His problem is he is far too easy to take down, needs a bit of work on that.
If you didn't see it with your own eyes, or hear it with your own ears, don't invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth!
