Thread: Half share of MMA gym for sale in London - Anyone know what gym?

    What would you be getting for 35k though? Presumably the premises is rented so it would not include the property. Overheads, electric, heating would also have to be paid for separately. So what would you actually own after you'd handed over your 35k?

    If he wants 35k and it only been open for 6 months its a in out make a few quid job. not good

    If for 35,000 you get the premises and its contents then its not bad for someone who wants to own a gym but doesn't want to go to the bother of kitting it out. For a setting, cage, ring, bags and mats etc etc isn't bad. Guess more info is needed really.

    ^ I agree but I said if you can own the setting within that price there would be no rent. Just bills.
