Feel sorry for Turner, really thought he would get the next shot! Hope he keeps racking up wins as he can't be far away.

I'm with you Dean, Alers vs Svensson is still a cracking match up though and I reckon Turner will get his shot at one point.

(also wonder what Whiteford is thinking lol)

edit - also looking forward to seeing Hill back in action, big fan of his style.

Yeah, awesome to see Dave back in the mix. Also very surprised they've gone with Svensson and not Turner, or even Whiteford (but that leads you to think down other avenues...)

However, Svensson vs. Alers is a great fight, and a tough match stylistically for both men.

Shit, didn't realise Svenson is the guy Whiteford stopped at Vision! Now that really sucks!

Hey guys, Svensson is a lot better than he got the chance to show against Rob. He got hit early lost his grip and defended himself while the judge stopped it. Im not saying it was a bad stoppage cause i cant make up my mind about it. He was kind of rocked and I believe he was in a bad spot to turn it around especially against an all out maniac like Rob (wicked handspeed there). BUT I can understand why he was upset about it after. He was standing up and was completely concious. Very hard to be a judge in that situation.

What Im saying is, I can understand people wanting Rob to fight for the title but rob-svensson was in another org with somewhat controversial ending. Rob will be in UFC before 2013 is over and Martin is big european name and will give Alers good fight. Alers is a great fighter.

Turner couldnt fight at the date
