    Default Advice

    I have recently tore my left MCL (Grade 1 so not so bad) I am wondering if I would be ok to train around it the best I can, all upper body stuff obviously.

    Anyones advice would be appreciated.

    You will be fine just make sure all exercises you do are sitting down bench press, bicep curls, military press etc you don't want to be lifting big weight above your head applying to much pressure to your knee
