Thread: dummy drills

    Default dummy drills

Apologies if this has been asked before.

I want to supplement my normal training with an EFFECTIVE grappling dummy routine at home, maybe 20 mins per day.

I am just doing my own thing at the minute, but are there already established routines out there?

What essential drills should I include?

    Thanks.

    Al

I wouldn't bother with a dummy. Practice hip movement, shrimps, inverting, sit-throughs, backward/forward/sideways rolls etc...

Indeed, they are dummy drills. Any citizen with half a brain would recognise that this grappling lark won't stand up against a well trained pugilist.
