    Regardless of what the regulations say about minimall eye sight requirements. If you're blind in one eye I definitely would not recommend competing in any form of striking art. You''ll miss the on coming hook shot on your blind side.

    Think of it this way: if a fighter who has 20/20 vision starts to get blood in one eye the fight will often be stopped. You'd be starting off in that condition.

    There's no reason you couldn't compete in grappling, BJJ, Judo, wrestling or similar sports, though.
