Default McGregor responds to Sanchez, little out of order imo!

Most of you know I'm not overly fond of McGregor but imo his latest comments are disrespctful. The roster of guys within Bellator (a few who would handle McGregor) he culminated them under the same banner.

People are talking about him whilst he is injured so he is doing something right. Pretty sure he doesnt mean half the stuff he is saying but he is playing the game very very well and people should learn from him.

Then why say it because it just makes him look like a dick.

He'll just become a lighter Chael Sonnen because he isn't as good as he thinks he is.

He's awesome. I am well and truly on the Conor bandwagon. Everything about him is awesome......apart from his dicky bows.

i think hes got so much momentum he is in the mind frame that he can not only beat anyone, but he believes he can finish anyone!
the best mind set you could have and should have as a fighter. he just decides to voice it a bit more than others lol
plus, if he wasn't acting this way... not as many people would talk about him and want to see him fight people in the top 10.

yeah man, make hay. all eyes are on him, no need to cower away and be polite. this is a fight sport where the top guys get paid well - and the top guys who talk shit get paid even better. Go for it. troll everyone. brilliant.

Why would they be against it? More money he makes more money they make.

i think tito ortiz, cemented even more so my chael sonnen, paved the way for trash talking in mma. sonnen has shown fighters you make the biggest money and get the biggest fights if you talk shit.
sonnen/silva was nothing more than the silva/leites/maia/cote/okami fights. but his trash talk single handedly turned it into a marketable mega-fight, which he then backed up by performing well. the fact he was almost able to back it up has given him even more license to trash everyone, and it sells fights. noone knew sonnen until he took on silva and his camp.

a lot of fighters are now following suit. even bisping in recent years. mcgregor has the confidence and charisma, and it seems the ability, to run his mouth. i don't mind it and tend to take it with a pinch of salt, its more entertaining than the usual cardboard cut out fighters and their prim and proper media approach.

i was super impressed by mcgregor in his last fight, but he's got a lot to prove still.
in reality he's not yet a proven top 10 fighter and not beaten anyone in it, yet he's already being talked about as one of the biggest upcoming fighters on the roster, that's been almost solely down to his antics in the media. fair play to him, hyping yourself and your fights is what fighting is all about if you ever want to make proper money.
