Hmmm thats quite a good point, suppose it depends on factors such as - is it an open area, is there a corner or corridor you can back yourself into... can you wear heavy boots and punt them in the face? or is it mma gloves and shorts only? Without knowing the variables I can't honestly answer that...could be swarmed and taken out or just fatigue after knocking out like hundreds of the little shits..

Haha cool, 30 for me, think the fact I would happily use them as weapons against each other helps

Some guys just pack a big punch, but there still needs to be some technique as well. In my experience power in kicks is much more down to tecnique especially mid and high kicks. I've got pretty weak skinny legs but I've always thrown hard kicks off of both legs, possibly partly to do with playing a lot of football when I was young but mainly down to good tecnique and flexibility
Yeah Joe Rogan always attributes Jose Aldo's kicks to his soccer days as a youngster so it must be true...

you're missing an important element here in speed. Can you have stupidly fast hands only though intensive training or is it also a natural talent?

I find this method works best also if your mate is not trustworthy and may lie to you about bag movement.
don't forget to have your training partner record it and put it on youtube.

However, he met his match when he fought McClellan, a guy imo who was blessed with even more power than Jackson and spanked him twice. McClellan could've been an all time great if he hadn't suffered the brain injury against benn. Still think that was one of the best performances by a British boxer of all time but is rarely mentioned because of the way the fight ended. My favourite fight if all time
