Isn't this another guy that Dana said would NEVER return to the UFC?

Maybe there is hope for Paul Daley after all.

As for the fight Davis controls him for a comfortable decision.

He never said that about Johnson. Johnson was just immature and a little unprofessional when trying to make weight.

Daley was a prick and deserves his punishment imo.

I'm not sticking up for Daley here, just making the point that guys have left the UFC under a cloud & come back.

I thought Dana was pissed with Rumble when he failed to make weight against Belfort & said he wasn't coming back, like he did with Marquardt's TRT use screwed up a main event. If I'm rembering it wrong fair enough.

I think Rumble is going to lose more fights than he is going to win in this UFC tour.

IIRC all that was said that he needed to make weight and win fights, after he settled on LHW, that's exactly what he's done.
I don't remember there being a definite "This guy's never going to fight in the UFC" speech.

As Ben said, thats how I remember it, don't think we will ever see Daley back in the UFC sadly, he'd need a whopping run of KO's and he lost his last but one fight... Rumble didn't leave under the same kind of cloud as Daley, just shit at making weight and he has sorted that with moving up a class..
Sig awaiting witty quote from someone.
