    Default Strength and Conditioning Personal Training


    I'm offering strength and conditioning personal training sessions in Bristol for fighters.

    I myself have a back ground in professional wrestling and am a qualified female personal trainer. I specialise in strength and conditioning, plyometrics, metabolic circuits, core stability and flexibility.

    Taster sessions are being offered at a low price or I can also do group sessions if you would like to train in a small group with friends/family etc.
