Default the second he recovers... Bellator chuck Tito under a bus

    crazy.

Looks like Tito Ortiz will end up on Bellator's inaugural pay-per-view after all, just against the unlikeliest of foes. Ortiz is angling to challenge Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko in a light heavyweight non-title fight on the May 17 card.

    ppv card looks interesting though

    •Eddie Alvarez vs. Michael Chandler
•Rampage Jackson vs. Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal
    •Alexander Shlemenko vs. Tito Ortiz
    •Will Brooks vs. Nate Jolly

It's a strong looking card, just hope VIVA show the PPV as well as the weekly shows.
Really though the PPV could just be Alvarez/ Chandler 3 & I'd still want to watch it, first two fights have been amazing.

Surprised Tito has taken this though, I figured he'd be put in there with another veteran, not a champion who is on a bit of a tear. Smart move for Bellator though, gets a big name like Tito on the PPV to draw some attention & makes Shlemenko look great when he batters him.

Who could Tito actually beat these days though? He is now like Ken was when Ken fought him, more than done.
Sig awaiting witty quote from someone.

Tito will add 15,000 PPV buys at least. He's still a name to casuals for some reason.

Hope all Tito's fanboys bet on him so I can get good odds on Shlemenko.

I'm thinking this PPV will do around 80,000.

Yeah, I would sadly watch that as well as I never bore of watching someone beat the shit out of Ken.
