    Default I'm so heavy

    130kg of strength and 0 stamina.

    Tonight I'm headed back to MMA (striking class).

    Should I crash cut my weight or do it slowly over a period of time?

    It's taken me a year to put on 10kg of muscle, I'm concerned I'll really fu** with my metabolism if I'm not careful.

    I'm 32 now.

    About 5-6thousand calories a day. Suits my frame just fine. I'm losing weight on that now, naturally.
    I'm 126 Real weight, not water weight. Somewhere around say.... November I think I'll be hovering under the 120 mark.

    I'm getting fitter and if possible, a little more handsome.

    I've had a TERRIBLE week for training. Monday my headlight was out and missed training.
    Wednesday I nearly passed out. I went to the gym Tuesday and just got lulled into heavy ass weight training when I needed to limit myself. By boxing Wednesday I was exhausted, hyped up on caffeine and nearly blacked out.
    Thursday was a poor effort just because of fatigue.

    I'm off to the gym today for squats, some shoulder work and a mess about on the crappy bags they have there.

    I'll be boxing 3 days a week for the next 6 weeks, then I'll be boxing 4 days, with two days strength/weight training.
    I want to be a machine.

    I'm 125kg. I feel good. My trousers are getting loose.
    I've managed to not be a fat cun* over Xmas.

    My coach believes if I can get down another 5 kilos, I'll be easier to match up (boxing).
