white belt for about 4-5 years

thanks ralph. It's a totally different sport, and scene, to how it used to be. The skill level at the top of the game has gone through the roof!

Hi, David! How you doing? I don't have anything to do with MMA these days, long story but probably a familiar one of disappointment and stuff common in UK MMA. Still interested but am sadder, older and wiser.
