    that isnt the same escape as the 1 refered to in the 1st post (use the one your describing also) the one in the first post involves 'Throw your leg onto the opponent's body and fall back (crossing your legs like a closed guard). If you can picture this, you're using your legs to pry your head out. Once your head is out beware of foot locks.'

    I recently stumbled upon this blog http://jiujitsurevealed.blogspot.com/ which has a varierty of high level escapes, including an advanced triangle escape which i never seen before. I just tried this technique with my buddy, and its one of the best ones i have ever encountered. Basically, you place your foot on the guy's face and fall back, sometimes when falling back his legs might loosen up and then you can slip your head out. If not then just keep your leg on his face and keep falling back until his legs will bust open.

    I think this is the only one I can get to work for me most of the time. I first seen mike swick teach it to troops in Iraq. Is it this one?
