Caged Steel NEW BJJ classes

Really pleased and excited to say that we have now secured new BJJ coaches at Caged Steel

Carl Fisher (Purple belt) & Danny Mitchell (Blue, close to purple belt)
We already have our resident Mark "Spenna" esncer (Purple belt)

Mark teaches NO-GI BJJ on Fridays at 7pm - 8pm

Carl will be teaching GI BJJ on Tuesdays at 7.45pm - 9.15pm

Danny will be teaching GI BJJ on Saturdays at 11am - 12.30pm

We also have Combat Base coaches Darren (Brown belt) & Helen Currie (Black belt) over every 1st Tuesday of the month in Carls session.

All coaches are Combat Base BJJ
