The Cage Warriors Fighting Championship makes their Middle East debut later tonight with a six bout televised card at the five star ‘Le Royal Hotel’ in Amman, Jordan. This event will take place at the luxurious ‘Le Royal Hotel’ and will streamed live online via and broadcast around the world on Television.

Headlining the card is a Heavyweight clash between two powerful strikers, as top 10 UK ranked Jay “Mean Streak” Mortimore (6-1-0) faces the experienced German Andreas “Big Daddy” Kraniotakes (9-4-0). Mortimore comes into this bout on the back of a three bout win streak and will look for his fourth straight TKO win on his overseas debut. Like his English opponent; Andreas Kraniotakes is also known for his Knockout power and will be looking to get back to winning ways after suffering a submission loss against the rising Croatian Heavyweight talent Ajlin Ahmic back in April.
With both fighters having a combined total of 12 wins by strikes during their career, this Main Event promises to deliver fireworks when these heavy hitting Heavyweights collide inside the cage.

Whilst in the night’s co-main, the American Jake “Hitman” Hecht (9-2-0) will face the veteran Italian striker Michele Verginelli (13-8-1) in a Middleweight match-up. Hecht, a former HIT Squad standout is known primarily for his wrestling skills, but will face the well travelled stand-up expert who is unbeaten in his last five bouts. Whilst Hecht will be looking to make it three straight wins in 2011 following his decision loss to Che Mills at CWFC 38 last October.

Also on the main card is UK vs. France Lightweight encounter, as Dan Hope (8-2-0) take on the undefeated French striker Jean N’Doye (4-0-0). Whilst the night’s other Heavyweight contest pits the former M-1 Team England Heavyweight Dave Keeley (4-2-0) against the American Joel Wyatt (9-5-0).

Whilst the Swedish Middleweight star and The Zone FC Champion Victor Cheng (7-1-0) is also in Amman, as he goes head-to-head against the unbeaten Irishman John Michael Sheil (4-0-0). And starting the live card is a clash between the CWFC regular Pat Vickers (2-2-0) and Nottingham based fighter Leon Del Gaudio (2-0-0).
