VETERAN Irish lightweight Greg Loughran has committed his future to Cage Warriors Fighting Championship by signing an exclusive five-fight deal to cover the next 18 months.

Loughran (22-18-0) is no stranger to Cage Warriors having already fought three times for the organisation during a professional career that began 10 years ago.

The 29-year-old has defeated UFC veterans Andre Winner and Jonathan Brookins under the Cage Warriors banner in the past. He has also previously fought for Bellator.

Loughran, who has won his last four bouts, holds other notable wins over the likes of Norman Parke, Francis Heagney and BAMMA champion Rob Sinclair.

“Greg Loughran is a seasoned veteran of the sport with 40 fights under his belt but we still believe some of his best days are ahead of him,” said Cage Warriors CEO Graham Boylan.

“He’ll be a match for anyone in our lightweight division and I’m looking forward to seeing him back in action again for Cage Warriors.”
