Roxanne Modafferi Speaks to Brit MMA About Her Main Event Clash At Cage Warriors 40

Roxanne Modafferi (15-6-0) is one of the most recognisable and talented female MMA fighters in the world. Currently ranked fifth in the Unified Women’s MMA Rankings at 135lbs, (and seventh in the pound-for-pound rankings) the Japanese based American is a veteran of some of the world’s most prestigious events and holds wins over top female fighters such as Tara LaRosa and Marloes Coenen .

However on February 26th; Modafferi will travel to London, England where she will make her debut at 125lbs, as she faces the BodogFIGHT, EliteXC and Bellator veteran Rosi “The Surgeon” Sexton (11-2-0) in the main event of a stacked Cage Warriors 40 show.

With just a few weeks to go before her UK debut; Modafferi spoke to Chris Shanks of BritMMA.co.uk and gave her thoughts on this upcoming female Superfight and warns her opponent to expect ‘Ninjaness’ when they meet in just a few weeks time.
